1. How are your plushies made?
Each plushie is made from soft faux fur and minky fabric. They are stuffed with poly-fil fiber stuffing and weighted with poly-pellets for an added floppy sensory feature.
2. How are they priced?
Each plushie is individually priced to reflect the amount of work, time and materials that went into making them. Keep in mind these are handmade items so they take a lot of time and patience to create. The price is accordingly reflective of that.
3. Are your plushies suitable for kids or pets?
No, these plushies are not suitable for kids or pets. They are artisan plushies and are intended for display or light cuddling. Time and care goes into making these long lasting friends but they are not designed to withstand rough play and are therefore not recommended for children or pets. They also could pose a choking hazard due to the use of small pieces.
4. Do you take customs?
Possibly, it just depends on what the request is and if it is within my capabilities. If you would like a custom plushie, please reach out to me on Instagram @moonbugattic or through my website to discuss your idea!
5. Are your designs/customs OOAK (one of a kind)?
They are one of a kind in the sense that each one is made by hand and therefore no two plushies are exactly identical. I do however reuse my patterns! I own the rights to the patterns that I create and it is up to my discretion to re-use patterns, special body features, specific color combinations and/or accessories. If there is a specific idea/color combination/accessory idea that you would like to not be recreated for future use, please discuss that with me beforehand.
6. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds or returns. Thank you for your support!
